Product introduction:
Belt filter press, also known as sludge dewatering machine, is mainly used for dewatering residual sludge or mixed sludge from sewage biochemical treatment and physical and chemical treatment. It can be applied to solid-liquid separation in various industries such as water supply, drainage, papermaking, casting, leather, textile, chemical industry, food, etc. The dewatering process of belt filter press can be divided into four important stages: pretreatment, gravity dehydration, wedge zone pre-pressure dehydration and pressure dehydration. Technology uses new equipment filter machine program-controlled automatic chamber filter press, diaphragm filter press, deep sludge dehydration filter press, integrated sewage sludge treatment equipment.
